New to AI? Start here.
You don't need to read a manual. In about five minutes you'll have used AI for something real. If you can write an email, you're ready.

In Edge or Teams, click the Copilot icon. It's free and already on your Qvantum account — nothing to install, nothing to request.
That's the door. Everything below happens in that chat box.
Ask for one real thing — in your own words
Don't overthink it. Talk to it like a helpful colleague and paste in whatever it should work with. For example:
"Summarise these notes into five bullets and a list of who-does-what." · "Rewrite this message to sound clearer and friendlier."
Read it, fix it, use it
You'll get a first draft in seconds. It won't be perfect — that's the point. You stay in charge: check it's right, change what's yours to change, and use it. The AI did the blank-page part; the judgement is still you.
You: "Here are my rough notes from the supplier call — turn them into a short update for my team."
Copilot: "Here's a draft team update: Supplier confirmed the new lead time is 6 weeks; pricing holds through Q3; they'll send revised drawings Friday. Action: Anna to review drawings, Erik to update the plan. Want it shorter, or in Swedish?"
🔒 Is it safe? Yes, with normal care. Your data is kept safe, is not used to train AI, and should not leave the EU. Just treat what it writes as internal Qvantum work — give it a read before it goes to a customer or into a system.
