Project QG-HU (QG-7/14 pump & control valve)

Potential risks

QG-7/14 (pump & control valve version) introduction at Nyíregyháza Qvantum plant

Delivered since last report

  • The validation readiness of the QG items is 95% (298 /313 pcs measured)
  • Factory trial done / passed, but need to proceed with the FT of the accessory kit / QG14 devided ground source tubes – wk19
  • Propane charging system modification started / will be ready and handover for production on wk20-21 (after the propane system sample's test is passed)
  • Recruitment has begun for the QG production start – start date is still a questionmark due to the key issues

Key issues

  • Failed EMC test result at LS lab – uncertainties regarding the Therata inverters' EMC conformity / LS lab used different measurement method
  • QGM electrical components R290 compliance – waiting for LVD test by external company, available on wk19
  • Obsolete item costs of the QG project:
  • Not reworkable item's obsolete cost is 15,2 kEUR:
  • EMC modification in March 2,2 kEUR

QG-7-P & QG-7-C-P introduction at Nyíregyháza Qvantum plant

Delivered since last report

  • New, Nyíregyháza-specific components' drawings (tower pipes and pipe insulations) are already created by Nyíregyháza R&D
  • R&D / Quality testplan created, reviewed by the local Project Team
  • Proposal was made by the local Project Team to use the existing Nyíregyháza QS prod. line due to the low forecast and available production employees / similar prod. process at QS line

Key issues

  • Capex approval after the EMC / R290 compliance availability for QG pump+valve version
  • Foreseen manufacturing assembly process difficulty – Nyíregyháza started working on design modification for easier heat exchanger reworkability / serviceability
  • 3 months lead time for the QS line's / QG Tower function test equipment modification / need to provide appliances to the supplier; 2 pcs QG-7-P appliances arrived from Åstorp 0 serie

Next steps
