QG-7/14 (pump & control valve version) introduction at Nyíregyháza Qvantum plant

- The validation readiness of the QG items is 95% (298 /313 pcs measured)
- Factory trial done / passed, but need to proceed with the FT of the accessory kit / QG14 devided ground source tubes – wk19
- Propane charging system modification started / will be ready and handover for production on wk20-21 (after the propane system sample's test is passed)
- Recruitment has begun for the QG production start – start date is still a questionmark due to the key issues
Key issues
- Failed EMC test result at LS lab – uncertainties regarding the Therata inverters' EMC conformity / LS lab used different measurement method
- QGM electrical components R290 compliance – waiting for LVD test by external company, available on wk19
- Obsolete item costs of the QG project:
- Not reworkable item's obsolete cost is 15,2 kEUR:
- EMC modification in March 2,2 kEUR
- Ground source pipe / QSF end modification 12,5 kEUR
- Tower sheet metal modification after TS 0,5 kEUR
- Possible obs. cost due to new EMC design change is 28 kEUR

- New, Nyíregyháza-specific components' drawings (tower pipes and pipe insulations) are already created by Nyíregyháza R&D
- R&D / Quality testplan created, reviewed by the local Project Team
- Proposal was made by the local Project Team to use the existing Nyíregyháza QS prod. line due to the low forecast and available production employees / similar prod. process at QS line
Key issues
- Capex approval after the EMC / R290 compliance availability for QG pump+valve version
- Foreseen manufacturing assembly process difficulty – Nyíregyháza started working on design modification for easier heat exchanger reworkability / serviceability
- 3 months lead time for the QS line's / QG Tower function test equipment modification / need to provide appliances to the supplier; 2 pcs QG-7-P appliances arrived from Åstorp 0 serie
